This spring, the Polar Treat team took a flavorful field trip to the Dennis Food Service Food Show Expo, and it was nothing short of delicious! From fresh culinary innovations to product samples galore, our staff dove into the experience with excitement, energy, and a hunger for inspiration to bring back to the Polar Treat menu.
The annual Dennis Food Show Expo is one of the largest food service events in New England, drawing chefs, vendors, and restaurateurs from across the region. With rows upon rows of vendors showcasing everything from gourmet desserts and plant-based alternatives to trendy snacks and time-saving kitchen equipment, there was no shortage of ideas to explore.
