At Polar Treat, we’re always looking for ways to make your visit more enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable. Over the past few months, you may have noticed several improvements to our space—from updates to our parking area to small touches that make a big difference in your experience. Now, we’re excited to share that our next upgrade is happening this weekend!
On Friday, October 3rd and Saturday, October 4th, the eating area will be CLOSED while the talented team at New England Epoxy works their magic. They’ll be smoothing, sealing, and finishing the floors to give this space the clean, polished, and accessible look we’ve been envisioning from the start.
Why epoxy flooring? Beyond the shine, this upgrade is about creating a safer, more durable, and easier-to-maintain surface. Whether you’re grabbing an ice cream cone on a hot summer day, enjoying one of our specialty sundaes, or sitting down with family and friends, the new floors will make the eating area brighter, smoother, and more welcoming. We want Polar Treat to be more than a stop for dessert—we want it to be a place where the community can gather and relax.
While the indoor eating area is temporarily unavailable during the epoxy process, our outdoor picnic tables remain open and ready for use. Bring your cone or sundae outside, enjoy the crisp fall air, and take in the last few weeks of seasonal treats before we wrap up the year.
