Who wants to know Wednesday?! The hump day happenings are here! 
Let’s meet our oldest kiddo that works here, Rylan! He’s 14, a homeschooled freshman, and has spent the summer working extremely hard for the Polar Treat! Rylan pulls all of the food that the expo calls out on the tickets, has learned to prep and stock like an absolute champion, and cleans our outside eating area, picnic tables, and counters. He does the garbages, unloads orders, and helps pass our food to customers. Have you ever had Polar Treat coleslaw? Rylan has prepped nearly every single cup that we’ve served in 2024, quite literally thousands and thousands of them! There are so many days we would have struggled without his help, and we are so thankful for his hard work!
He eats well during his shifts with his favorites being haddock, lobster, and clams. 
He also loves his hot fudge sundaes with rainbow sprinkles! A fun fact about Rylan is that he’s an avid fencer 
and spends his winters in Florida fencing with friends!
